Add photos, describe the space honestly and say what's included. We review every listing before it goes live, usually within a day.

Choose an hourly, daily or weekly rate, write your house rules, and block out the times you need the space yourself.

Host and get paid
Accept bookings and message guests from the app. The money lands in your wallet after each guest checks out, and you can withdraw it to your bank.
You stay in charge
You decide when the space is open and what it costs, and you confirm each booking. We take the payment, pay you out and help if something goes wrong.
Set your own price
Charge by the hour, the day or the week, and change it whenever you like. Guests only see the times you've left open.
Paid up front
Guests pay when they book, so there's no chasing anyone for money. You get paid after they check out, and our team is there if there's a problem.
Run it from your phone
Accept requests, block out dates, reply to guests and withdraw what you've earned, all from the app.
Questions people ask us
Search for a space, pick your hours and you'll see the full price, fees included. Pay by card or from your wallet. The host then confirms the booking, and we'll let you know as soon as they do.
Nothing. Listing is free. We take a commission from each completed booking, so you only pay when you've actually earned something.
Yes, as long as the host has set an hourly rate. Hosts can also offer daily and weekly rates, and we'll charge whichever works out cheapest for the time you pick.
Your payment is held until the booking is over. The host only gets paid after you check out. If the host declines or cancels, the full amount goes straight back to your wallet, and if something goes wrong on the day, our support team will step in.
