These terms govern your use of Circle Ground, as a guest booking a space or a host listing one. They set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Circle Ground, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to book or list a space.
Using the marketplace
Circle Ground connects guests who want to book spaces with hosts who list them. We provide the platform; hosts are responsible for their spaces, and guests are responsible for how they use them. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.
Bookings & payments
When you book a space, you agree to the host's price, availability, and house rules. Payments are processed securely through the app, and funds are released to the host according to our payout schedule. Cancellations are subject to the policy shown at the time of booking.
Host responsibilities
Hosts must accurately describe their space, honour confirmed bookings, and comply with all applicable laws, leases, and regulations. Circle Ground may remove listings that violate these terms or our community standards.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Circle Ground for unlawful purposes, misrepresent your identity, circumvent payments, or interfere with the platform's operation. Violations may result in suspension or removal.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
Report anything that breaks these terms using the Report option on a listing, review, message or profile in the app. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and suspend accounts that break them.
You can also block another user at any time, from their profile or your conversation with them. A blocked person cannot message you. Blocked users are managed under Profile → Blocked Users.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app. You do not need to contact us. If you no longer have the app installed, use circleground.com/delete-account.
Deletion is permanent. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is removed, and which records we are legally required to keep.
Liability & changes
Circle Ground is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interactions between guests and hosts. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
